MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM

At 935 square feet, our largest event space allows for a wide variety of configurations to accommodate your needs. Our upscale audio visual makes this space ideal for business meetings and conferences. In addition, this space is perfect for hosting dinner parties, luncheons and evening events as it adjoins to three additional event spaces that can create a perfect event flow (including a 1116 square foot patio).

We have installed high-quality audio visual equipment to enhance your group’s experience at 3C Event Center. Audio visual options in the main conference room include:

  • Wall Mounted Projector & Screen
  • Wired T1 Internet
  • Wireless Internet
  • Handheld and Lavaliere Microphone
  • House Sound System
  • Video Camera with DVR & DVD Burner (available to video tape live or staged sessions)
  • Speaker Phone (available upon request)

OUTDOOR PATIO

3C Event Center’s private, outdoor patio is the perfect location to host a cocktail party, luncheon or dinner. Because it adjoins to the Main Conference Room, it is an ideal area to host breaks and lunch during your business meeting or conference. With a fireplace, water feature and optional canopy this fabulous space will provide a unique venue for your event.


THE BOARDROOM / PRIVATE DINING AREA

This room is designed for those meetings where privacy and focus is key. This intimate boardroom is ideal for smaller meetings, breakouts, luncheons or as a reception room to a larger event in the Main Conference Room.

The Boardroom has a separate entrance so it can be used on its own or in conjunction with other event space at 3C Event Center.

Audio visual options in the boardroom include:

  • Wired T1 Internet
  • Wireless Internet
  • Speaker Phone (available upon request)

ADDITIONAL EVENT SPACE

An additional 658 square feet is available for event overflow, breakout space and/or prep space for a larger event. 3C Event Center has also created a warming kitchen that will provide your group with an ideal location to prep food and beverage. This kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, stove and dishwasher.


CATERING

In order to offer our guests a wide variety of food and beverage options, 3C Event Center has a non-exclusive catering policy. Within Country Club Corners, there are wonderful catering options and their close proximity to the Event Center allows for seamless catering. These companies include: Broadmoor Wine & Spirits, Carlos Miguel’s, C Cobb Creations, Chopsticks, The Hatch Cover, Ski Barista and Walter’s Bistro.

There are several catering companies outside of Country Club Corners that work with 3C Event Center and are preferred catering companies. For additional catering recommendations, please see the ‘Local Vendors’ page of our website.
